1. Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Astroz, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you use Astroz on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.

2. The service

Astroz provides tools for store management, including inventory, products, orders, customers, suppliers, purchasing, finance, reports, public storefront, notifications, audit records, and operational communication.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the service, meet technical requirements, or comply with legal and security obligations.

3. Account and user responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and control team member access.
  • You are responsible for the data entered into the platform, including customer, supplier, product, order, message, and attachment data.
  • You must use Astroz in accordance with applicable law, third-party rights, tax rules, data protection requirements, and these terms.
  • You must not attempt to access third-party data, bypass security controls, harm infrastructure, or use the service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

4. Customer, supplier, and store data

Business and operational data entered by you or your team remains under your responsibility. Astroz processes it to enable the contracted features and configured integrations.

You must ensure that you have authorization, consent, or another applicable lawful basis to collect, store, and use personal data from customers, suppliers, and business contacts.

5. WhatsApp and Meta integration

When you enable or use features related to WhatsApp Business Platform, you agree to comply with Meta and WhatsApp policies, terms, messaging rules, opt-in requirements, and commerce guidelines.

  • Use WhatsApp only for authorized contacts, with a valid business relationship, consent, or another applicable lawful basis.
  • Do not send spam, misleading messages, prohibited content, abusive content, discriminatory content, illegal content, or content that violates Meta/WhatsApp policies.
  • Respect opt-out, blocking, or stop-contact requests made by customers and suppliers.
  • Use templates, service windows, and message categories as required by Meta/WhatsApp where applicable.
  • You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your account, for imported data, and for the consequences of channel misuse.

6. Third-party integrations

Astroz may connect to third-party services, such as Meta/WhatsApp, Google, Telegram, email providers, cloud storage, notifications, and payment methods. Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, limitations, suspensions, or decisions made by those third parties, but we may adjust Astroz to maintain compatibility when possible.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep Astroz available and reliable, but the service may experience interruptions due to maintenance, incidents, third-party failures, updates, or events beyond our control.

We may provide support for technical issues, usage questions, and security incidents through the officially provided channels.

8. Intellectual property

Astroz, including its brand, interface, code, text, design, flows, and documentation, belongs to Astroz or its licensors. These terms do not transfer intellectual property to the user.

You retain rights to data and content entered into the platform, granting Astroz permission to process it as needed to provide the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access when there is a security risk, violation of these terms, abusive use, legal requirement, fraud, attempted unauthorized access, or breach of integrated third-party policies.

You may request account termination and data deletion according to the User Data Deletion page, subject to legally required timeframes and retention.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astroz will not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, data loss caused by misuse, third-party failures, external unavailability, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the product, integrations, law, or operational practices. The current version will be published on this page with the update date.
